The Director of the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Andrey Rikhter, will attend the Fourth Central Asian Internet Development Forum. The forum will provide a platform to discuss regional Internet-related issues, such as the Internet and freedom of expression, governmental regulation, and regional developments.
The event will bring together government representatives, members of parliament, online activists, journalists, lawyers, and representatives of NGOs, academia and business.
