About
The Director of the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Andrey Rikhter, will attend and give a lecture at the Budapest Summer School, a course designed to gain new insights into the role that civil society can play in advocating for a free and open Internet. The course will highlight the potential of technology and online tools for mobilizing and organizing constituencies and for enhancing the security and privacy of advocates.
