About
The Principal Adviser to the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Juan Barata, will participate in a conference focusing on the obligations arising from membership of Tajikistan in the World Trade Organization in the field of telecommunications and broadcasting. Barata will give a speech on the digital switch-over and freedom of expression at the conference.
