About
The Director of the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Andrey Rikhter, will participate in an international conference on legal obstacles to free media. Rikhter will give a speech at the confernce. The participants will, among other topics, discuss decriminalization of defamation and regulation of fine, and damage levels in defamation and libel cases in EU Member States.
