The Principal Adviser to the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Juan Barata, will participate in the AnnenbergOxford Media Policy Summer Institute in Oxford, organized by the Center for Global Communication Studies at the Annenberg School for Communications of the University of Pennsylvania and lectured on international standards on freedom of expression and freedom of the media.
