Staff from the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media will participate in the first meeting of the Committee of experts on Internet Intermediaries (MSI-NET), organised by the Council of Europe. The MSI-NET will prepare standard setting proposals on the roles and responsibilities of Internet intermediaries.
