Bucharest will host the third edition of the international conference on “Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Forum III 2018 - European Council Presidency 2019. Building Resilience in European Critical Infrastructure” as a special initiative of the Idea Factory Think Tank on April 23 - 27, 2018 at the Romanian Parliament Palace. The Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media will participate in the panel “Building Resilience for the Global CIP Framework" and speak about the comprehensive approach to cyber-security, including the protection of the right to freedom of expression online.
