SCMC 2018 - Quality Journalism for Trustworthy and Credible Information
The 15th annual South Caucasus Media Conference organized by the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media and titled “Quality Journalism for Trustworthy and Credible Information” will bring together more than 60 participants representing government authorities, media, civil society and academia, as well as international experts in Tbilisi, to exchange views on recent changes in the media landscape that have taken place in Armenia, Azerbaijan and Georgia.
Among other issues, the participants will discuss the challenges and opportunities for quality journalism posed by the digital transformation, as well as by proliferation of disinformation and propaganda.
