About
The traditional annual conference will gather national and international experts, academia, and parliamentary leaders to review Russian media legislation in the context of regional developments in 2020. This year it will be discussed in the context of pandemics.
Andrey Rikhter, Senior Adviser of the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, will speak online at the forum on "Balance betwen Freedom of Information and Protection of Public Health”.
