The Director of the office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Andrey Rikhter, will attend the 5th International Media Readings in Moscow. This year’s conference bears the title National Media Systems Between National and Global: Models and Trends of the 2010s. Rikhter will moderate the conference’s plenary session and also present a research paper entitled The notion of freedom of (the media) in international law and policy.
