The OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media, Dunja Mijatović, will participate in the 80th PEN International Congress. The Representative will deliver a key note speech at the conference and also participate in a panel discussion on criminal defamation organized by the Writers in Prison Committee of PEN International.
