On 24 February 2017, staff from the Office of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media will participate in the roundtable discussion “Safety of Journalists: Basic Standard for Freedom of the Media” in Zaporizhia, Ukraine. The event will be attended by representatives of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine and the European Federation of Journalists.
Participants will examine issues related to the safety of journalists, impunity, freedom of media and pluralism in times of crisis.
