This event will highlight the new focus of the OSCE Representative on Freedom of the Media on supporting self-regulation.
Invited experts will explore the merits of self-regulation in developing quality of the media while maintaining editorial freedom, and summarize some of the typical challenges to establishing national self-regulation bodies for journalists.
