About
The main purpose of the 1st Meeting of the Committee of Experts on Media Environment and Reform (MSI-REF) is to discuss draft recommendations by the Committee of Ministers to member States, with guiding principles for media and communication governance, as well as a draft recommendation on election communication and media coverage of electoral campaigns and a guidance note on policy requirements related to the prioritization of public interest content on news aggregators.
